AI & Process Automation Engineer

Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in automation engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with n8n, Make, and Zapier. - Deep understanding of n8n workflow architecture, nodes, triggers, webhooks, and automation design. - Knowledge of JavaScript and Python for scripting and data transformation. - Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth, API Keys, and JWT authentication. - Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with handling workflow failures, retries, logging, and monitoring. - Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate business processes into scalable automation systems. - Understanding of operational efficiency, lead generation workflows, customer engagement automation, and revenue-driven automation initiatives. - Strong documentation skills and workflow structuring practices. - Awareness of automation security, permissions, and access management best practices.
