About The Role - We're looking for an Associate IT Engineer to manage IT assets, provide technical support, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, basic networking, vendor coordination, and IT inventory management. What You'll Do - Manage IT assets, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories.Maintain accurate inventory and asset records using Excel.Troubleshoot hardware issues for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.Provide L1 technical support to employees for hardware, software, and basic system issues.Troubleshoot basic network issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi/LAN connectivity.Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.Configure and set up laptops/desktops for new employees.Maintain IT documentation and ensure timely resolution of support requests. Who We're Looking For 12 years of experience in IT Administration, IT Support, or IT Infrastructure.Experience in IT Asset Management.Strong knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware troubleshooting.Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic networking.Experience in vendor coordination.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory and reporting.Good communication and problem-solving skills.
