Transformer Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer at our Rabale facility, your role involves managing production activities related to transformer manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising transformer manufacturing operations such as core assembly, coil winding, tanking, wiring, oil filling, and final assembly. - Monitoring production planning and execution to meet daily targets. - Coordinating with stores, purchase, testing, and quality teams to ensure a smooth production flow. - Ensuring adherence to transformer quality standards and manufacturing processes. - Troubleshooting shop-floor production issues and implementing corrective actions. - Maintaining production records, reports, and process documentation. - Monitoring manpower utilization and productivity. - Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with manufacturing standards. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5 to 8 years of experience in transformer manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of transformer production processes. - Experience in power/distribution transformer manufacturing is preferred.
