About the role
Techie Associates is looking for a Guidewire Configuration Developer to work on enterprise development and deployment across their suite product lines – PolicyCenter, BillingCenter & ClaimCenter. He/she will be working in conjunction with our robust Guidewire Practice supporting large program development and enhancements at major P&C carriers throughout North America. Design, develop, and maintain Gosu application code and configuration components using Guidewire Studio. Configure PCF (Page Configuration Format) screen layouts and define business rules and logic. Develop and customize forms and letter templates for use within the Guidewire suite. Configure operational settings such as roles, permissions, user attributes, regions, and activity patterns. Provide solution design recommendations, time estimates, and present implementation options. Collaborate with QA and test teams to resolve configuration defects and support various testing phases. Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, and present sprint demos. Work in an Agile/Scrum team environment with iterative delivery cycles. Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire configuration and Gosu development. Proficient in configuring PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter. Experience with PCF layouts, business rules, and user interface configurations. Familiarity with role-based access control, workflow configuration, and operational setup in Guidewire. Demonstrated ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot system behaviors. Strong understanding of Agile development processes and delivery pipelines. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
