About the role
Techie Associates LLC is hiring a Lead Quality Analyst to lead testing operations, develop quality assurance strategies, and enhance automation frameworks across Guidewire implementations. Lead analysis, design, and development of test procedures using Quality Center ALM 11.5, MTM, Rally, and HP AGM 2.5. Create workflow diagrams and test operation flows using Guidewire Suite (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center), QTP, LoadRunner, and Test Director. Design test strategies and plans for Guidewire PC & BC, OnBase, and Thunderhead using RALLY. Conduct defect triage sessions and debugging via QA Symphony, HP ALM, and ClearQuest. Perform test scenario reviews, generate test and status reports, and participate in Scrum calls using Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber framework. Enhance automation processes using RESTful APIs, SQL, and Ruby (RSpec). Master's Degree or equivalent (Bachelor's + 5 years, including 2 years as QA Lead or in similar role) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. 2 years of relevant experience with tools including Quality Center ALM 11.5, MTM, Rally, Guidewire Suite, ClearQuest, JIRA. 100% travel to unanticipated client sites in the U.S. Telecommuting permitted.
