Technical Lead

Role Summary We are seeking a Technical Lead to anchor architecture, technical solutioning, and delivery oversight for Salesforce Public Sector implementations, including OmniStudio-led digital workflows. This role will also support pursuit activities and help build reusable capability assets for the practice. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Public Sector engagements. Design scalable OmniStudio, Apex, LWC and integration solutions. Support technical discovery, estimation, and solution design for pursuits. Guide development teams and perform architecture and code reviews. Drive delivery governance and technical risk mitigation. Create reusable accelerators, frameworks and implementation best practices. Support client-facing technical discussions and architectural workshops. Mentor engineering resources and help build deployment readiness. Required Qualifications 5 to 8 years of experience, including strong Salesforce architecture experience. Hands-on expertise in OmniStudio. Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, APIs and integration patterns. Experience leading enterprise implementations. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
