About the role
As a Security Engineer at the LegalTech startup in Delhi, your role will involve the following responsibilities and requirements: Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and remediating security risks across applications, infrastructure, and DevOps workflows. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing security controls, monitoring, alerting, and response processes. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will ensure the timely delivery of secure software. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prioritize, and remediate security risks across applications, infrastructure, and DevOps workflows. - Build and enhance security controls, monitoring, alerting, and response processes. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure the secure and timely delivery of software. - Document security findings, recommendations, and operational playbooks. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in application security, cloud security, infrastructure security, or security engineering. - Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment, threat modeling, secure code review, IAM, network security, incident response, and security monitoring. - Ability to work with engineering teams to strengthen applications, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments. - Familiarity with OWASP, secure SDLC practices, SIEM/logging tools, and automation/scripting. - LegalTech experience is considered a strong advantage.
