About the role
- Salesforce and Workday QA - Experience:6+years - Full time & Hybrid - Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida)(Hybrid - Candidate has to work 2/3 days from office in a week - Shift: 11:00 am to 8:00pm 6+ years of QA experience in Salesforce and Workday applications. Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Hands-on experience testing Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications. Experience testing Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Compensation, or Financial modules. Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards. Experience validating Workday business processes, security roles, integrations, and reports. Experience preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Data, and Defect Reports. Strong experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. Experience executing API testing using Postman or similar tools. Positive understanding of SQL for backend data validation. Experience testing integrations between Salesforce, Workday, and third-party systems. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. .
