Engineering Team Lead-Flexibles

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and ramping up the new team at Hyderabad, ensuring overall delivery of flexible design and dynamic analysis scopes meeting project quality, deadline, budget, and expectations. Your technical expertise will be crucial in reviewing client documents, conducting design checks, performing analysis using Orcaflex, assessing fatigue, and providing solutions to technical issues. Additionally, you will be accountable for discipline internal checks and ensuring project deliverables meet the required standards. Key Responsibilities: - Review client documents/specifications and implement where necessary - Conduct flexible pipe design checks and end-fitting design checks - Perform in-place configuration and analysis using Orcaflex - Carry out extreme dynamic analysis and global/local fatigue assessment - Collaborate with clients/RBU to address technical issues and provide solutions - Prepare design and analysis reports - Conduct discipline internal checks for all project deliverables - Guide and support engineers/project leads at Hyderabad Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in handling flexible pipe design and dynamic analysis scopes (position = Grade 13.1 or above) - Excellent understanding of subsea projects, design rules, and codes - Strong presentation and coaching skills - Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to motivate and challenge the team - Proficiency in English Additional Company Details: TechnipFMC is committed to driving real change in the energy industry through relentless innovation and global collaboration.
