Description We are looking for a talented and experienced Tech Lead (Full-Stack) to join our dynamic team at Technix Technology The ideal candidate must have a strong background in React.js, Spring Boot, MySQL, and MongoDB, with a passion for developing innovative and efficient web applications You will be responsible for building and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our applications, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experience Responsibility Develop and maintain web applications using React.js for the front-end. Build robust back-end services with Spring Boot. Design and optimize databases using MySQL and MongoDB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality and organization. Requirements Proficiency in React.js, Spring Boot, MySQL, and MongoDB. Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
