About the role
The Change & Integration Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of change and release management across SAP and related IT landscapes. This role ensures that retrofit activities, change controls, and software releases are executed efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The specialist serves as a bridge among technical, functional, and business teams, delivering high-quality, reliable solutions with minimal disruption. Retrofit & Change Management Release Planning & Deployment Process Improvement & Governance Coordination & Communication Quality Assurance & Compliance Risk Assessment & Impact Analysis Tools & Process Expertise · Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager, RevTrack, and similar tools (e.g., Charm, JIRA, Jenkins, Git). · Experience with automation tools for deployment and conflict detection (e.g., Azure DevOps) · Familiarity with parallel development strategies and N+1 landscape planning. · Utilize tools like RevTrack, Cherwell, or Service Now for managing change requests and transport routes.
