About the role
You will be responsible for independently managing Microsoft-facing enterprise programs in the role of PMO Microsoft Programs. This is a leadership role focused on outcomes rather than coordination support. Your responsibilities will include leading Microsoft stakeholder calls and executive reviews, driving project governance, risk tracking, and decision closure, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and change requests, aligning cross-functional teams, handling escalations with structured communication, maintaining margin awareness, producing high-quality reports and dashboards, ensuring action tracking, and program momentum. - Lead Microsoft stakeholder calls and executive reviews - Drive project governance, risk tracking, and decision closure - Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and change requests - Align cross-functional teams - Handle escalations with structured, executive-ready communication - Maintain margin awareness and delivery cost control - Produce high-quality status updates, reports, and program dashboards - Ensure action tracking and program momentum You should have 37 years of experience in PMO or Enterprise Project Management, familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem or global enterprise clients, expertise in program governance, risk management, and budget oversight, experience in escalation handling and senior stakeholder management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you are expected to use tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT / Claude, AI-based meeting summarization, and AI-driven risk analysis in an AI-augmented workflow. - 37 years in PMO / Enterprise Project Management - Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem or global enterprise clients - Program governance, risk management, and budget oversight - Escalation handling and senior stakeholder management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills In this role, you will enjoy direct Microsoft-facing exposure, high autonomy, decision ownership, and an AI-first operating culture with outcome-driven performance standards.
