About the role
You will design and execute automated testing strategies to validate business requirements within an Agile/Scrum delivery model. Responsibilities Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Robot Framework. Develop and deploy custom test automation enhancements using Python. Establish test strategies and plans for both manual and automated test suites. Execute regression, feature, acceptance, integration, and system testing. Manage defect tracking and report release status to stakeholders via Azure DevOps. Required Skills 7+ years of experience in software testing and automation. Proficiency with Python for automation development. Hands-on experience with Robot Framework. Experience managing code and versioning with Git. Working knowledge of ADO pipelines and CI/CD processes. Direct experience with DevOps and continuous testing methodologies. Proficiency in Azure DevOps for test and defect management. Strong ability to work across onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams.
