Location Pan India/Remote Exp 6+ yrs working in Servicenow, overall 8+ yrs Must Have skills - 6+ yrs Hands on exp in Servicenow, ITSM, servicenow catalog, hands on experience scripting, Integration, CSM Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST Required Skills & Competencies Core Skills - Robust hands-on experience in: - Service Catalog development - ITSM and CSM modules - Solid scripting skills: - JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting) - Glide APIs - Experience in: - Flow Designer - REST API integrations Platform Knowledge - Good understanding of: - Role-based access & entitlements - ServiceNow architecture & performance optimization Certifications (Mandatory) - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - At least one of: - Certified Application Developer (CAD) - CSM or ITSM Implementation Specialist .
