About the role
Snowflake Administrator Experience: 4+ Years Location: Noida, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain Snowflake environments, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and availability. - Implement and manage RBAC, RLS, and CLS policies for data access and security. - Monitor and optimize query performance, storage utilization, and resource allocation. - Collaborate with data engineers, modelers, and architects to support ETL and data modeling activities. - Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for Snowflake deployment using Terraform and Azure DevOps. - Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate operational processes. - Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy frameworks. - Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures. - Provide support for incident resolution, user provisioning, and workplace maintenance. Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Snowflake in a production environment. - Strong understanding of Azure Cloud architecture and data services. - Expertise in SQL, Snowflake scripting, and data modeling. - Experience with Terraform, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD tools. - Familiarity with data governance and security frameworks. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Preferred Skills: - Snowflake SnowPro Certification. - Azure Administrator or Azure Data Engineer Certification. - Experience with Python or other scripting languages. - Knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
