Work in a dynamic Agile team on military and compliance workflows US shift schedule (5:00 PM to 2:30 AM IST) Opportunity to lead complex portal and workflow development Total Experience: 10+ yrs Relevant Experience: 7 10 yrs (CSM, JavaScript, Glide Scripting, Portal) Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow CSM, Portal Development, JavaScript, Glide Scripting Certifications: CIS-ITSM or CIS-CSM preferred Proficiency in scripting and ServiceNow configurations Hands-on with REST integrations and Performance Analytics Manage and enhance custom compliance and military workflows built on the CSM module Support integrations and workflow enhancements in Agile delivery Provide technical guidance and assistance to team members Translate business requirements into technical stories Support and maintain custom applications through ServiceNow upgrades Develop and configure Case Management, Service Portal, and Catalog Items Write advanced scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc) Create/configure UI Policies, Actions, ACLs, Notifications, SLAs, Pages, and Macros Work with REST integrations Develop and customize Service Portal widgets and pages Configure surveys and performance analytics Build/modify workflows and Flow Designer flows Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CSM Developer with deep experience in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and portal development to support compliance workflows and enhancements Manage and enhance custom workflows on the base CSM module, support integrations, and develop Service Portal components Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
