We are looking for experienced ServiceNow IRM Developers to join our growing ServiceNow practice. *Note: This role is intended for hands-on ServiceNow IRM Developers . Profiles focused primarily on administration or support without development experience may not be considered. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. Implement and enhance IRM modules including: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management & Business Continuity Management (preferred) Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs. Build workflows and automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. Configure Forms, Lists, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Service Catalog components. Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and Performance Analytics for IRM. Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Follow Agile development methodologies and ServiceNow best practices. Required Skills 4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong implementation experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) . Hands-on expertise in: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, & Vendor Risk Management Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills. Experience with: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer & IntegrationHub Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations. Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow platform architecture. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
