Voice AI Engineer

As a Voice AI Engineer at Techolution, you will be responsible for owning the voice workstream across two production AI engagements. You will play a crucial role in architecting and shipping production-grade voice AI pipelines end-to-end, from speech-to-text to text-to-speech. Your expertise will be pivotal in defining what gets built, in what order, and why, as you step up as the Product Owner for the voice scope. You will work closely with engineering leadership and directly with client teams to ensure the voice you develop is heard by real users from Day 1 of go-live. Key Responsibilities: - Architecting and shipping production-grade voice AI pipelines end-to-end, including speech-to-text, agentic LLM orchestration, and text-to-speech - Hands-on engineering with Whisper, Gemini TTS, and modern agentic LLM frameworks on a Python / Flask backend - Real audio engineering tasks such as waveform analysis, audio transformations, latency tuning, and debugging production failures - Stepping up as Product Owner for the voice scope, defining what gets built and managing client expectations - Direct client conversations to articulate trade-offs and own the room when voice is the topic - Contributing to Full Enterprise Automation (FEA)-aligned engagements beyond voice as required Qualifications Required: - Production voice AI experience with the ability to walk through end-to-end development and debugging - Hands-on experience with Whisper, Gemini TTS, and agentic LLM frameworks - Strong fundamentals in Python and Flask for backend services development - Comprehensive understanding of audio at the model level, including waveforms, transformations, and vocoders - Comfort with ambiguity and ownership to drive workstreams forward independently - Client-facing presence with the ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders Techolution is a global AI firm and Google Premier Partner that focuses on moving AI from the lab into production.
