Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a solid portfolio of past projects. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles (a plus, not mandatory). Solid knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills. Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. 2 years' experience in relevant field Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business and user requirements. Design user-centric interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to enhance design decisions. Ensure brand consistency and maintain a design system / style guide across all platforms. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to deliver creative solutions.
