About the role
As a Manual Exploratory Tester for web UI and API components, your role involves performing detailed testing to ensure functionality, usability, and performance. You will need to communicate defects, risks, and progress effectively in both written and spoken English. Key Responsibilities: - Perform manual exploratory testing for web UI and API components - Communicate defects, risks, and progress clearly and professionally - Document and maintain exploratory test specifications - Apply critical thinking skills to challenge, clarify, and refine product requirements - Prepare and review acceptance criteria for user stories and features - Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies - Analyze and debug failed automated tests - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage and product quality Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in manual exploratory testing for UI and API - Ability to document, maintain, and update test specifications - Good understanding of acceptance criteria preparation and review processes - Strong knowledge of Agile practices (SCRUM) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in debugging and analyzing failed automated tests - Hands-on experience with test automation tools and scripting (Selenium - C#, Groovy, Playwright) As a Manual Exploratory Tester for web UI and API components, your role involves performing detailed testing to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
