Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Product Owner to lead the end-to-end Business Intelligence product roadmap, enterprise reporting strategy, and executive decision-support capabilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, architects, and BI developers to deliver scalable dashboards, KPI frameworks, and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the BI product roadmap, backlog, and release planning. Define and deliver executive dashboards, reporting solutions, and KPI frameworks. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making. Lead the development of Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting products. Ensure data governance, reporting accuracy, security, and dashboard performance. Drive stakeholder adoption through training, documentation, and change management. Identify opportunities for reporting automation and AI-enabled analytics. Mentor BI teams and establish best practices for dashboard development and governance. Required Skills 1014 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, BI Product Ownership, or Data Leadership. Solid expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Dashboard Performance Optimization.
