Senior QA Support Engineer OpenWiFi / OpenWrt Enterprise Wi-Fi Experience-3+ Years Job Location-Hyderabad Employment Type-Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior QA Support Engineer with strong experience in OpenWiFi/OpenWrt , enterprise Wi-Fi validation, and networking technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in enterprise wireless testing, networking protocols, Linux debugging, and test automation using Python or Shell scripting. The role involves validating enterprise Wi-Fi firmware, performing interoperability and performance testing, troubleshooting complex networking issues, and collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality product releases. Key Responsibilities - Lead validation activities for enterprise Wi-Fi firmware releases. - Validate enterprise wireless features including: - WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise - Captive Portal - VLAN Segmentation - Multi-SSID - RADIUS/AAA - Mesh/EasyMesh - Enterprise Roaming - QoS and Traffic Shaping - Perform end-to-end Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking validation. - Conduct functional, regression, interoperability, stress, scalability, and performance testing. - Analyze networking and wireless issues using packet captures and system logs. - Perform debugging using Wireshark, tcpdump, and Linux tools. - Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting. - Work closely with development teams for issue reproduction, root cause analysis, and defect resolution. - Mentor junior QA engineers and support release validation activities. - Participate in customer certification and enterprise release testing.
