Techvantage is seeking a visionary leader for AI Research to lead the companys efforts in leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to maximize productivity and innovation. This role focuses on identifying and integrating the latest advancements in AI, optimizing development infrastructure, ensuring adherence to Protected AI practices, and driving groundbreaking research that positions Techvantage at the forefront of AI innovation. AI Tools and Productivity Enhancement - Identify and implement AI-powered development tools (e.g., Pythagora, Cursor, Copilot, Devin) to augment developer and AI engineer productivity, achieving a measurable 10X capacity improvement. - Continuously monitor and refine the impact of these tools, ensuring sustained productivity gains across the organization. AI Research and Development - Track and integrate state-of-the-art advancements in AI, including emerging LLMs, lightweight models, and agentic AI environments. - Conduct research on cost optimization strategies for AI development, including infrastructure fine-tuning and GPU utilization. - Develop and test lightweight LLMs capable of running on mnimal hardware platforms such as Jetson Nano or ORIN. - Establish and maintain a controlled AI development environment for developers, evolving it to incorporate the latest tools and practices. - Oversee the functioning of the AI lab Safe AI and Compliance - Drive adoption of Safe AI practices by implementing robust guardrails aligned with global regulations such as the EU AI Act. - Create guidelines and tools that enable developers to build AI solutions responsibly and securely.
