This role demands a creative thinker with an AI-first mindset, coupled with a solid foundation in deployment and development using traditional stacks like Node.js, React, and AWS. You ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, quality, and practical problem-solving. If you can balance fine-tuning LLMs with setting up reliable AWS deployments, and can move fast while mentoring peers, this role is for you. Requirements: Experience: 3 4 years in Node.js and React (or similar legacy stack) AI/ML Exposure: At least 1 2 years of practical experience in building or fine-tuning AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs, recommendation systems, embeddings) Experience deploying solutions on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.) Familiarity with AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., Cursor AI, Windshift) Strong understanding of coding best practices and clean architecture Comfortable handling ambiguity and working on early-stage AI applications Excellent communication and collaborative skills Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models, especially in the NLP/LLM space Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into full-stack applications Contribute to architecture decisions, code quality reviews, and deployment strategies Work on both exploratory prototypes and production-ready systems Support team members in AI upskilling through peer learning and whiteboarding Ensure high reliability and maintainability using AWS (EC2 and/or serverless) Debug and iterate using modern IDEs and tools like Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, etc. Participate in candidate interviews and help benchmark future team talent Shift Time 10 am till 7 pm IST Minimum Qualifications B.E/B.Tech IT/Comp.
