Principal Engineer Commissioning (Electrical)

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field 10-12+ years of experience in commissioning and troubleshooting complex technical systems Strong technical knowledge and expertise in various systems, including electrical, mechanical, and control system Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Develop and implement commissioning plans for new projects, ensuring that all systems are installed and tested according to project specifications Lead commissioning activities, including system start-up, performance testing, and troubleshooting Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process Work closely with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the commissioning process Provide technical support and expertise to project teams and clients during the commissioning phase Document all commissioning activities, including test results, equipment performance, and any issues that arise Participate in training and development activities to stay updated on the latest commissioning techniques and technologies
