Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying, developing, establishing, making available, and maintaining products in Pressroom Chemicals and Aqueous/UV Curing OPV. You will study market feedback on product performance and customer expectations, coordinating it with R&D. Additionally, you will explore the latest technological advances, schedule product trials, establish quality parameters and suitability of the products, complete the internal process of brand naming, pricing, and packaging of the product. Providing product forecasts to purchase, creating go-to-market strategies, resolving customer complaints, and implementing cost reduction initiatives such as rationalization of product range will be part of your responsibilities.
