AI/ML & Generative AI Developer

As an AI/ML & Generative AI Developer at Tecorb Technologies, you will be part of a team that is shaping the future of intelligent systems by utilizing cutting-edge AI/ML and Generative AI technologies. Core AI/ML Knowledge Required: - Machine Learning Fundamentals: - Supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised learning paradigms - Hands-on experience with scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas - Deep Learning & Neural Networks: - Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for image/vision tasks - Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow/Keras for model training - Transformers & Large Language Models: - Strong knowledge of Transformer Architecture and BERT - Understanding of GPT Models and Hugging Face Transformers library - Generative AI Systems: - Knowledge of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Variational Autoencoders (VAEs) - NLP Fundamentals: - Text preprocessing, core NLP tasks, and word embeddings Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, fine-tune, and deploy ML models and generative AI pipelines - Integrate pre-trained models into production applications - Implement end-to-end NLP systems and conduct model evaluation - Explore reinforcement learning techniques and build scalable AI workflows - Stay updated with AI research and prototype new ideas Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field - 1-2 years of hands-on experience with ML/AI systems - Strong Python proficiency and understanding of Transformer architecture - Practical experience with GPT models and Hugging Face ecosystem - Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning techniques and vector databases Nice to Have (Not Mandatory): - Familiarity with MLOps tools and basic knowledge of reinforcement learning At Tecorb Technologies, you will have the opportunity to work on real AI/ML projects, receive mentorship from senior engineers, access cutting-edge tools and infrastructure, contribute to impactful solutions, and grow in a collaborative work environment.
