Role Description The S/4HANA with Tester role is a contract, on-site position based in Charlotte, NC. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting test cases for S/4HANA implementations and related integrations, ensuring that system functionality meets business requirements. Daily activities include reviewing functional and technical specifications, preparing test data, performing system, integration, and regression testing, and logging defects with clear, actionable details. The role also involves collaborating with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, support defect triage, and validate fixes. The tester will contribute to test planning, support go-live readiness activities, and adhere to quality standards and testing best practices. Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA testing, including system, integration, and regression test cycles, and familiarity with core S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).Proficiency with testing methodologies, test case design, defect management, and use of test management tools (such as SAP Solution Manager, Jira, or comparable platforms).Ability to interpret functional and technical specifications, create test scenarios based on business processes, and prepare, manage, and validate test data.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to identifying and tracking issues.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.Prior experience on SAP implementation or migration projects (including S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield) is highly beneficial.Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Willingness to work on-site in Charlotte, NC and support project timelines that may require flexibility in working hours.
