Pega Smart Investigate Lead / Architect

As an Architect in our company, you will be responsible for leading architecture, design, and delivery of PEGA Smart Investigate for banking clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing and customizing Smart Investigation for Securities, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment. - Driving end-to-end PEGA solution design covering case lifecycle, data modeling, integrations, performance, and security. - Architecting and governing PEGA applications in line with LSA guardrails, best practices, and enterprise standards. - Designing and implementing banking integrations, including SWIFT message flows and external financial systems. - Leveraging AI Delivery features to accelerate development and improve solution quality. - Collaborating with business, compliance, and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions. - Owning non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resiliency, and security. Your qualifications should include: - 10+ years of experience with PEGA. - Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) Mandatory. - Pega Smart Investigate and Payments domain experience - Mandatory. - Experience with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows. - Integration expertise using REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing. - Strong understanding of banking investigation life cycles. - Ability to apply AI features to improve productivity, quality, and decision outcomes. In addition to the above, you should have experience working with SWIFT messaging workflows, REST and SOAP APIs, and be able to mentor PEGA development teams, perform design and code reviews, and support production releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
