Position: NiCE CXone Administrator

Experience : 3 – 5 Years Location : Hyderabad Shift : Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Working Days : 5 Days/Week

We are looking for an experienced NiCE CXone Administrator to manage and optimize NiCE CXone solutions for our contact centers. If you have a knack for workflow designing and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain NiCE CXone solutions.

• Design and optimize workflows using NiCE CXone Studio.

• Handle support tickets and collaborate with NiCE support for issue resolution.

• Provide training and documentation to end-users.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with NiCE CXone administration and workflow designing.

• Strong understanding of contact center technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
