Job Title: AWS SysOps Administrator Employment Type: Full time/Part-Time Location: Remote Preference: Immedidate Joinee or within 15 days Were looking for a skilled AWS SysOps Administrator to ensure the smooth operation, reliability, and security of the infrastructure that powers our customers security outcomes. Role Overview As an AWS SysOps Administrator, you will be the backbone of cloud infrastructure. You will monitor, maintain, and optimize our AWS environment to ensure high availability, security, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Engineering teams to support our MDR infrastructure, BitLyft AIR platform, and enable seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities - Manage, monitor, and maintain AWS services including EC2, IAM, RDS, CloudFormation, S3, Lambda, and related resources. - Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and compliance best practices to safeguard critical infrastructure and data. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify potential bottlenecks or failures. - Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning for cloud resources. - Optimize cloud costs by analyzing usage patterns and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency. - Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine operational tasks (provisioning, monitoring, backups, patching). - Collaborate with SOC and Engineering teams to ensure platform reliability and operational excellence. Required Skills and Experience - Strong experience with AWS administration, including EC2, IAM, CloudFormation, S3, RDS, Lambda, and other core services. - Proficiency in Linux systems administration and shell scripting. - Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (CloudWatch, OpenSearch, Graylog, or similar). - Knowledge of network concepts, security principles, and best practices for cloud infrastructure. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting .
