About the role
Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and administer Dynatrace across enterprise applications and infrastructure. Design and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM). Monitor application performance and infrastructure health using Dynatrace. Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Work closely with DevOps, Application, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams. Monitor cloud-native applications running on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Configure custom monitoring, integrations, and automation. Develop scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks. Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes. Monitor Java, .NET, Node.js applications, APIs, and Microservices. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and promote Dynatrace best practices. Participate in production support and critical incident management. Mandatory Skills Dynatrace APM Dynatrace Administration Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Real User Monitoring (RUM) Synthetic Monitoring Dashboard Creation Alert Configuration Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) AWS / Azure / GCP Bash / Python / PowerShell CI/CD DevOps Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Performance Monitoring Infrastructure Monitoring APIs Microservices Preferred Skills Java Monitoring .NET Monitoring Node.js Monitoring Network Protocols Cloud-Native Architecture Insurance or Financial Services Domain Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Important Note Strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace is mandatory. Experience with Linux and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is required.
