About the role
5 -7 years of experience in ldentity Governance & Administration (IGA). Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (ldentity Security Cloud) Strong understanding of: a. Access Certifications b. Identity Lifecycle Management c. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Experience supporting applications integrations using: 1. JDBC connectors 2. File-based connectors (Delimited Files) 3.REST/API-based integrations (preferred Experience troubleshooting identity and account reconciliation issues Working knowledge of.: 1. Microsoft Entra ID 2. Okta 3. MFA solutions such as Duo 4. Privileged Access Management solutions such as BeyondTrusp Functional Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience supporting certification campaigns and governance processes. Ability to collaborate across infrastructure, application, ane-security teams. Experience working in ITIL-based support environments. Familiarity with ServiceNow is preferred Preferred Qualifications SailPoint ldentityNgw certifications (preferred) Experience with provisioning /de-provisioning automation initiatives.
