Production Support Software Engineer (Telangana)

Roles and Responsibilities : - Provide technical support to resolve issues related to Autosys scheduling tool. - Troubleshoot and debug complex problems in production environments using Tidal tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of errors and implement solutions. - Develop automated scripts for repetitive tasks using scripting languages like Python or Java. Job Requirements : - 0-8 years of experience in Production Support role with expertise in Autosys scheduling tool. - Solid understanding of Tidal tools for troubleshooting purposes. - Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java) for script development. - Experience working on Linux/Unix platforms. .
