About the role
Role Overview: TekWissen is a global workforce management provider with a client who is a global company sharing common ideals and values. They are seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Engineer III to work in Chennai in a hybrid work environment. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining highly reliable and scalable production systems. You will also develop tools and automation solutions using Golang, monitor application performance using Dynatrace, manage cloud infrastructure on GCP, and drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring and incident management. Collaboration with engineering teams to enhance system availability, performance, and resilience will also be a key aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Build, automate, and maintain highly reliable and scalable production systems. - Develop tools and automation solutions using Golang. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using Dynatrace. - Manage and support cloud infrastructure on GCP. - Drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring and incident management. - Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system availability, performance, and resilience. Qualifications Required: - 515 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with Golang, GCP, and Dynatrace. - Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices. - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
