Technical Support Executive

Technical Support Executive This role works within the Support & Deployment Team. The right individual will have a good knowledge and hands on experience of Linux (Linux Certification), be a Certified Red Hat engineer with over 1 year of experience in VAS product deployments, such as CRBT, MCA and USSD in India and African. The individual will have core skills in Red Hat Linux, Oracle, MySQL, Dialogic DNI boards installation & configuration of SS7 links. The individual will also have experience of conducting UAT, training and handling onsite deployments. Shift work will be required and travel is expected, so a valid passport is a necessity.
