Database Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst with 1-2 years of experience, your role will involve ensuring the quality of software products by developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements. - Identify, record, and track defects using appropriate tools. - Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and provide feedback on usability and functionality. - Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to ensure quality standards are met. - Prepare test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing. - Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems. - Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is a plus. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. - Knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries for database testing. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
