About the role
Lead the design and integration of infrastructure solutions across cloud, network, and on-premises environments to meet organizational needs and future growth
Take end-to-end ownership of complex systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance
Act as the primary technical authority for assigned platforms
Create and maintain infrastructure-as-code definitions and modular components that support standardized, version-controlled, and automated infrastructure management
Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to ensure visibility into infrastructure health and performance
Automate system provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes to reduce manual effort and increase repeatability
Integrate infrastructure solutions with CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with application development and DevOps teams
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem resolution related to infrastructure and system availability
Maintain documentation related to system architecture, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Assess and recommend new tools, platforms, and practices to enhance infrastructure capabilities and align with organizational strategy
Support compliance and security standards across all infrastructure environments
