About the role
Walk In Details: Date: 4 July 26026 (Sat) Time: 10:00 AM - 04:00 PM IST Location: YMCA Tourist Hostel, Gate No 1, Jai Singh Marg, Hanuman Road Area, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110001 Role & Responsibilities Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions while providing world-class customer service. Diagnoses and resolves basic network and modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting. Walks customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to maximize service functionality. Provides solutions and resolution resources for customer repair problems. Interfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been restored. Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in International Technical Support (Voice) Fresher Graduates are eligible to apply for the role. Excellent communication skills Have worked on ISP, Internet & WiFi Related, Router & Modem Connectivity Issues Should have experience working in International Telecom brand on voice process. Should be comfortable working in 24*7 Working Environment Graduation not required— Rotational shifts & Rotational week offs. Freshers graduated from B.Tech/BE, BCA or MCA are eligible to apply.
