Job Description: Zoho CRM Developer (IT Department) Location: Udaipur Key Responsibilities: ·Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation according to business requirements. ·Develop custom functions, scripts (Deluge), and integrations to enhance CRM capabilities. ·Assist in managing Zoho CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for CRM improvements. ·Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho CRM functionality. ·Maintain documentation of CRM configurations, customizations, and workflows. ·Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho CRM features and best practices. ·Stay updated on Zoho CRM new features and best practices to recommend improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: ·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred. ·Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM development. ·Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM customization, Deluge scripting, workflows, and modules. ·Problem-solving skills with attention to detail. ·Good communication and teamwork abilities. ·Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
