Responsibilities

• Responsible the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Epic system.

• Design and configure the Epic modules and applications based on organizational requirements.

• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure optimal performance.

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and updates.
-
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.

• Provide support in Epic implementation and upgrade projects, including execution.

• Manage system change requests and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of changes.

• Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

• Monitoring of system performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure that processes and systems are compliant to all policies and regulations.

• Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard patient and organizational data.
-
• Propose and implement enhancements to improve system functionality and user satisfaction.

• Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to address and resolve system-related concerns.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Stay current with Epic system updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications

• Possess active Epic certification for 2+ years

• Prior exposure to Epic module implementation or optimization

• Nice to have depending on Epic certification/specialty area: proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (including business users, vendors, and team members).
