About the role
Greeting from Tenarai (formerly Infogain) We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer. Key Skills: Functional Testing Integration Testing End-to-End (E2E) Testing API & Web Services Testing (Postman/Swagger) Mobile Application Testing Strong SQL (Joins, Queries, Data Validation) Backend Testing Agile/Scrum Methodology Troubleshooting, Log Analysis & Defect Management Domain Experience good to Have Retail Logistics Warehouse Management (WMS) Supply Chain Responsibilities: Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across multiple integrated systems. Validate APIs, backend services, and databases using SQL. Execute test cases, log defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution. Work closely with Business, Development, and Production Support teams. Support fast-paced Agile deliveries and handle production issue validation. Ensure high-quality releases through effective test planning and execution. Strong experience in API testing and SQL. Experience testing enterprise applications across multiple systems. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in time-sensitive projects.
