About the role
Our client in India is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Developer in Bangalore or Hyderabad to lead complex platform development across a multi-module, enterprise-scale ServiceNow setting. This is a deeply technical role suited to someone who lives in scripting, understands platform internals, and can design clean custom applications. What Youll Be Doing- - Architecting and developing complex ServiceNow solutions using server-side and client-side scripting - Building and optimising: - Script Includes (advanced class-based patterns) - Business Rules (async, display, before/after best practice usage) - Client Scripts & UI Policies - GlideAjax implementations - Developing scoped applications using App Engine Studio & Studio IDE Writing advanced integrations using: - REST / SOAP APIs - Scripted REST APIs - IntegrationHub spokes - MID Server configurations - Creating complex Flow Designer actions (with custom actions & subflows) Working extensively with: - GlideRecord & GlideQuery - GlideAggregate - GlideSystem APIs - JSON parsing & object manipulation - Implementing Service Portal widgets (AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap) Technical Environment- - Module experience like: CSM,CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, NowAssist (fully customised instance) - Service Portal + UI Builder - IntegrationHub What Were Looking For- - 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience - Deep coding expertise in JavaScript - Strong debugging skills (Script Debugger, Background Scripts, Logs) - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required - Certified Application Developer (CAD) highly desirable Candidates MUST Be already living in either Bangalore or Hyderabad for this position!
