Condidate Profile : The ideal candidate should have qualification in at least one of the domains Healthcare IT or Computer Software. 2 to 4 years experience in Software installation and Training. The candidate should be able to adapt in client facing role and should posse s very good communication skills. Building positive relationship with the clients. Candidate will be working directly with the clients and visit the client site for demo, training Adopt a team approach; work with team in pursuing common goals. Liaising with Senior Management, team and other department heads. Strong written and verbal business communication skills Knowledge of SQL, Software installation procedures, data migration experience Description : 2-4 years of implementation experience with any business software Studying and identifying client process and evaluating key functional areas software requirements Preparing CRS (Customer Requirement Specifications) or SRS (System Requirement Specification) or Functional Documents, identifying critical aspects of client business process Preparing Customization flows Product installation & configuration Assisting in Planning development & testing process and creating functional testing scenarios Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction using GAP analysis Provide user training on client site
