About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Test Engineer to drive quality assurance across Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and optional Marketing/Experience Clouds. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in manual testing, test automation, API testing, and Salesforce custom development/integrations. Test Design & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UAT phases across Salesforce applications, including Sales/Service Clouds, custom Apex, custom objects, and Lightning components. Automation Development: Build, maintain, and integrate automation scripts using Provar/ACCELQ (preferred), Selenium; incorporate into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Copado, or Gearset. API Testing: Conduct REST/SOAP API testing for Salesforce integrations using Postman, Rest Assured, or SOAP UI; leverage Workbench, Data Loader, and Developer Console as needed. Defect Management & Reporting: Log, track, retest defects via JIRA, qTest, or Xray; deliver test metrics, status updates, and documentation to ensure quality standards and timely resolutions.
