SAP FICO S4 Consultant

Experience 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO, including SAP S/4HANA Finance. Experience in 24 end-to-end SAP implementation projects and support/rollout projects. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering workshops and analyze business processes. Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Cost Center Accounting (CCA) Profit Center Accounting (PCA) Internal Orders Product Costing (PC) Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Configure New GL, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and Financial Closing. Work on integrations with MM, SD, PP, PS, and Treasury. Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows). Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, and technical teams for developments and enhancements. Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment. Provide production support and resolve critical issues within agreed SLAs. Mentor junior consultants and review configuration and documentation. Support cutover activities, data migration, and hypercare after go-live. Required Skills Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance. Hands-on experience with: Universal Journal (ACDOCA) Business Partner integration Parallel Accounting Credit Management Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) Automatic Payment Program (APP/F110) Dunning (F150) Closing Cockpit/Financial Close COPA (Account-based preferred) Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications. Understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery. Experience with LSMW or SAP Migration Cockpit for data migration. Knowledge of interfaces such as IDocs, APIs, and EDI.
