Scale / Performance Testing Professional

Job description 4+ years of experience in performance and scale testing. Proven experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar. Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (eg, Python, Java, JavaScript). Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential performance issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (eg, New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana). Knowledge of EMS, NMS, network protocols and web technologies (HTTP, REST, WebSockets).
