About the role
Core Responsibilities Design & Development: Create detailed CAD models (2D/3D), simulations, and technical drawings for new products or components.Prototyping & Testing: Build and test prototypes, analyze data, and implement design improvements based on performance results.Documentation & Standards: Create technical reports, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, sales, R&D) to optimize designs for manufacturing (DFM) and meet customer specifications.Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements to ensure timely delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CAE simulation tools.Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.Analytical & Creative: Ability to solve complex technical problems and think creatively to develop innovative designs.Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to present reports, create documentation, and collaborate with team members and clients.Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is typically required.Compensation: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food providedHealth insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundExperience: Similar Role: 5 years (Required)Work Location: In person .
