Job Summary Key Responsibilities - Monitor system performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. - Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans. - Maintain and document IT policies, procedures, and network configurations. - Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and support of IT assets. - Provide technical support and training to employees when required. Required Qualifications & Skills - Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience: 1 TO 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration. - Knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, and security protocols. - Experience with virtualization, cloud services, and data backups. - Familiarity with IT asset management and troubleshooting tools. - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
