Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user insights to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories. Prioritize product backlog using data-driven frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or value vs. effort analysis. Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning. Work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and drive execution. Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to guide iterative improvements. Manage product launches from concept to post-launch evaluation, ensuring smooth go-to-market execution. Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and user behavior to maintain product innovation and competitiveness. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or technical certification is a plus. 25 years of experience in product management within a technology-driven organization. Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle in agile or lean environments. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), API integrations, and SaaS platforms. Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product releases in fast-paced settings. Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles, customer journey mapping, and A/B testing.
